Kiqplan uses information from your activity tracker, smart phone or app about the number of steps you take or calories you eat to design a training plan, specifically for you. We’ll send you weekly runs, health tips, workout videos, progress reports and easy-to-make recipes and set new targets for you to meet every week. Packed with expert advice on training, it’s like having a trainer, nutritionist and lifestyle guru all at the palm of your hand.
Digital Coach:
You’ll receive daily motivation that will help you achieve your Kiqplan goal. Kiqplan calculates realistic targets for you to hit each day, and sets you personalized workouts and goals. Youll also receive weekly articles about health, wellbeing, nutrition and activity, healthy recipes and workout videos with expert coaching and techniques. With advice and encouragement to keep you motivated, Kiqplan will help you make it across the finish line.
Pair With Fitness Tracker:
Pair Kiqplan with your Fitbug, Jawbone, Fitbit or Withings device and more. (See Kiqplan.com/connect). Your fitness tracker will automatically send your steps and sleeping patterns to Kiqplan where we will use your stats to calculate personal targets for the following week.
Kiqplan integrates with Apple Health app.
Alternatively use your iPhone 5S (M7 chip) or iPhone 6 (M8 chip) to track and send your activities to your Kiqplan app.
Log Nutrition:
Log your food intake and receive feedback on your calories and nutrition.
Wireless Syncing:
Your fitness tracker will send all your data wirelessly to compatible smartphones or tablets where it can be viewed on the Kiqplan app.
Sync with Other Apps:
Kiqplan can also be synced with Run Keeper and My Fitness Pal.
